We do not offer exchange or store credits if you are unhappy with your purchase, we only offer refunds.

RETURN CONDITIONSItems must be
- In it's original form, containing all tag/s and label/s, and must be attached to the item/s as they were received.
- returned within their original packaging, which must be in mint condition, ensuring it is securely sealed to ensure no damages to item/s upon return, as we will not be responsible for this and item/s will not be eligible for a refund.
- Odourless, having no scent of perfume, deodorant, or any other products.
- Unmarked, with no stains.
INSPECTION UPON RECEIVING YOUR RETURN
We reserve the right to reject your request for a refund if the item/s returned do not meet the conditions of our return policy, in which the item/s that don't meet the conditions will then be returned to you at your expense.
Those item/s that do meet the conditions will only be deemed refundable.
RETURNS NOT PERMITTED
Item/s purchased during promotional periods, or using discount codes are not eligible for return on any condition unless they're faulty or an incorrect item has been sent to you. We cannot issue a refund for these item/s if you change your mind for any reason whether it does not meet your expectations, or the ordered sizing is incorrect.

Return postage will be made at the purchasers expense and is not reimbursable.
If your return is not deemed refundable as it does not meet ALL our return policy conditions, these item/s will be returned to you at the purchasers expense and is required to be made prior to shipping the item/s back to you, and cannot be reimbursed. Standard shipping rates and timeframes apply to these returns.
We do not credit original shipping costs.

Tracking details on your return package is recommended as we will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the item/s and your request for a refund will be rejected. Please send through your tracking details once received.

PROCESSING AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURNED ITEM/S
We will ensure that return are processed within 7 to 10 days of receiving your return.
This processing time includes inspection of your item/s to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. For those returns that require additional communication with the purchaser as some item/s do not meet our conditions, additional processing time on all item/s, both deemed/not deemed refundable, will apply.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us page if you have not received your refund or any communication from us within the stated timeframe and your tracking details state that we have received your returned item/s.
DELAY DURING PEAK PERIODS
During peak times such as promotional periods, or public holidays, there may be a delay with completing processing on your return within the stated period.
We endeavor to check every item prior to it leaving our facility.
If your item/s have arrived to you and is faulty, or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund if your return is received within 7 days from delivery date. Prior to returning these item/s please contact us at email@example.com using the email address you signed up with us with, including your product/s name, and the details of ALL of the faults or damages identified.
Please Note: We only deem item/s faulty or damaged if we consider the fault or damage was due to a manufacturing issue.

We recommend you apply tracking to your return postage as we will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the returned item/s, and your request for a refund will be rejected.
If additional faults or damages on the item/s, that were not listed on your initial communication to us, upon return, your item/s will not be deemed refundable and your request will be rejected.
Postage reimbursement; of the amount originally paid to post your item/s to you when purchased; will only apply to returns deemed faulty or damaged. Postage will not be reimbursable if your item/s do not meet our faulty or damaged return policy conditions. If the item/s are required to be sent back to you as they are not considered a manufacturing fault/damage, postage will be at the purchasers expense, which will be required to be made prior to us sending the item/s back. INCORRECTLY RECEIVED ITEM/S
We endeavor to thoroughly check your order prior to packaging and shipping your order/s.
If you have received an incorrect item, you are eligible for an ORDER CORRECTION only if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receiving your item/s. The same return conditions apply to incorrectly sent item/s, please refer to RETURN CONDITIONS.
The returned package must arrive at our facility within 7 days of receiving communication from us confirming that the incorrect item/s have been sent to you.
Once we have received your item/s and are deemed refundable based on our return conditions, we will reimburse you for the return postage, according to the postage amount originally incurred when item/s were purchased. The correct item/s will then be sent to you with free postage. Standard shipping timeframes apply for this.
If your return does not meet our return policy conditions, return postage will not be reimbursed, and shipping costs to return the item/s back to you will be at the purchasers expense, which will be required to be made prior to us sending the item/s back. Standard shipping rates and timeframes apply to these returns.
We endeavor to complete processing within 7 to 10 days of receiving your item/s including inspection of the returned item/s to ensure it meets our return conditions.
